ε΄ι© wu yu (tunhai)
because his name is tied so closely to his tragic upbringing (or rather, lack thereof): (mild spoilers) he grew up without a name and a family, until his long lost aunt finally found him and called him ιΏε½ `'ah gui" - ε½ meaning "to return" which parallels his cousin's name ιΏθ‘ "ah xing" - θ‘ meaning "to go, to travel"
AND he later gave himself the name "wu yu" based on a particular phrase from the Analects of Confucius: ζ΅΄δΉζ²οΌι£δΉθι©οΌεθε½ - "to bathe in the Yi River, to bask in the wind on the platform for sacrificial ceremonies for rain are held, to sing all the way home” - which AGAIN ties in very closely to his whole backstory and character arc. θι© is pronounced as wΗ yú, while the name he gave himself is ε΄ι© wú yú.
